Whether you are looking for ways to get your home market ready or just want to spruce it up, I’ve got 3 quick fixes that will help do the trick!
Make your kitchen really SHINE:
The kitchen is the heart of the home so when buyers come look at your house or guests for that matter, this is where most will usually gather and spend most of their time. It’s important to get your kitchen looking as clean as possible – spotless. If your kitchen needs updating but you don’t want to spend a fortune, replacing the kitchen faucet set, getting new cabinet handles, and replacing a dated light fixture are inexpensive and easy updates. If you feel like going the extra mile, fresh paint of color goes a long way!
Buff up the Bath:
After Kitchens, bathrooms are often the next room that needs updates. Again, if you want to accomplish a more updated and clean overall look, this can be done without spending a lot of cash. By simply replacing the toilet seat, pedestal sink, and getting a new shower curtain! Add some matching neutral towels and your bathroom is sure to impress.
Let there be Light:
If you feel that your home is getting a bit boring and can usesome pizzazz or a focal point, consider purchasing a “fancy” chandelier. Stores like Lowes offer a wide range for very reasonable prices. This may just be the little (or BIG) something your house is missing to give it a WOW factor.
