Main Street Square is a mixed Holly Springs plan with 114 small-lot homes built from 2008 to 2017 inside town limits. Most homes sit on lots near 0.03 acres. The same plan holds apartment buildings, a medical office and Town-mapped PUD land of about 39 acres.^{1, 10, 12}

Main Street Square started in 2008 and then mostly paused: county records show nine homes from 2008–2009, then 105 more from 2014 to 2017. The Wake subdivision record lists 116 lots off Werrington Dr.^{1, 2, 12}

It isn’t only houses. MSS Apartments LLC owns six apartment parcels built in 2009, including 2000 Werrington Dr, and the plan also holds a 2018 medical office and a multi-tenant building. Ask how shared areas are split.^{8, 1, 12}

Two associations show up on the county record. Main Street Square Community Association owns common areas such as 2.6 acres at 1500 Werrington Dr. Main Street Square Townhome Owners Association owns more than 20 parcels, including 1.57 acres off Kentworth Dr.^{4, 7, 1, 12}
