How are my matches calculated?
Each area is scored on things like price range, commute, setting, amenities, dining, and hospital access. Your answers decide how much each one counts, and the three highest-scoring areas become your matches.
Does the report rank schools?
No. The report lists the school district for each match. School assignments are set by each district and can change, so always confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.
What happens after I get my report?
Nothing unless you want it to. If you would like to see your matches in person, use the button in your report to request a neighborhood tour.
