Wildwood is a newer Holly Springs neighborhood of 157 single-family homes built from 2015 to 2019, inside town limits. Homes are large for their lots, with a median of 3,300 heated square feet on about 0.18 acres, and the HOA owns about 33 acres, including a bath-house site.^{1, 4, 5, 12}

All three Wildwood phases were platted in 2015, and 83 homes finished in 2016 alone. Wake County’s subdivision record shows 156 lots on about 78 acres with access from Ralph Stephens Rd; the Town maps about 75 acres.^{1, 2, 8, 12}

Big homes, modest lots: heated area runs 2,033 to 5,577 square feet, median 3,300, while the median lot is 0.18 acres. Greenhurst Cir has the largest plans, with a median above 3,700.^{1, 12}

The association’s land is the standout. Wildwood Community Association owns eight parcels, about 33 acres, a lot of shared ground for 157 homes, including a 4.49-acre site at 100 Killeen Dr with a bath house built in 2016.^{4, 5, 1, 12}
