The neighborhood

Seven phases on Wescott Ridge

Wescott is an established Holly Springs neighborhood of 202 single-family homes plus 13 on Breyla Way, inside town limits. Most of the 202 were built from 2002 to 2007, with a median near 3,200 heated square feet on lots of about a third of an acre, and the HOA owns a 4.3-acre recreation site.1, 5, 12

Wake County’s subdivision record shows Wescott at 187 lots off Wescott Ridge Dr, approved in 2001, with Phase 7 adding 18 lots on Eden Glen Dr in 2006. The Town maps the neighborhood at about 111 acres.2, 8

Building peaked in 2004 to 2006, when 154 homes were finished. A handful of later homes went up on leftover lots through 2015. Homes start near 2,400 heated square feet, and the median is about 3,200.1, 12

Breyla Way is the wrinkle. Its 13 homes, built 2016 to 2025 with a median near 3,120 square feet, are recorded as Wescott Way Phase 1, platted in 2014 and 2017. Westcott Way Association owns a separate 2.69-acre parcel at 125 Breyla Way, so check which association a home belongs to; confirm with the HOA.1, 2, 11, 12
